Cooking Instruction:
1. Air Fryer
- Defrost 1 day before at chiller.
- Preheat air fryer at 180°C, air fry for 10-15 minutes.

2. Oven Bake
- Defrost 1 day before at chiller.
- Preheat oven at 180°C
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the skin get crispy

3. Deep Fried
- Defrost the duck for 30 minutes.
- Pre-heat deep fryer at 170°C , fry for 2 - 3 minutes.

Remarks: Conditions may vary due to different cooking equipment.
