As much as we hoped that you liked our food, should you have any issues with the food or received any wrong item by chance, we only accept changes up to 7 days from date of delivery. We will do the exchanges at your place of delivery for a 1- 1 exchange.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
